By using Dekar, you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to consent to online services where you live and provide accurate account information.

Your responsibilities

Add or share personal information only when you have a lawful, respectful reason to do so. Do not harass others, impersonate people, send spam, misuse invitations, or use Dekar for unlawful, dangerous, or deceptive activity. You remain responsible for messages, purchases, donations, events, and external links you choose to act on.

Communities and safety

Discoverable communities are for connection, not emergency or professional care. Membership availability and verification do not guarantee another person’s identity, conduct, or safety. Use good judgment when meeting people or attending an activity, and report concerning behavior.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict accounts that threaten safety or violate these terms. The Services are provided as available; reminder delivery and automated messages can be delayed by devices, networks, permissions, or third-party providers. Important occasions should not rely on a single notification channel.

Dekar Plus subscriptions

Dekar may offer optional Dekar Plus features through monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The price, billing period, and features included are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and may include applicable taxes.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access normally continues through the end of the period already paid for. Apple handles billing and refund requests, subject to its rules and applicable law.

You can restore an eligible purchase from the Dekar Plus screen. If a paid feature changes materially, we will provide notice where required. Features may differ by app version, device, or region, and the description presented at purchase controls what is included in that subscription.
